Mark is my technician and he knows his stuff. He is always professional, friendly and takes his job seriously. I’m very happy with the service given I live in a wooded area and there are A LOT of bugs here. Genaro was super professional. He educated us on what type of ants we had and how we were baiting them incorrectly. Then, he said he was going to try and find where they were coming in at. I thought to myself no way, but sure enough he found them. He showed me where there was a whole track of ant coming in through our kitchen window. He sprayed the poison and sure enough, 100’s of ants clumped up together, eating the poison. I was super happy that he not only found our problem, but educated us on what we were doing wrong. Thank you!

Great group from Owners to office personnel and technicians Lookout Pest Control has been servicing properties I manage for 21 years.

Fast service and amazing customer service. The only reason for 4 stars is because when the service member came to spray they did not knock on our door and there was no conversation between us. Like where they were going to specifically be spraying and when they were going to start. This was specifically important because where they needed to spray was by one of our A/C units. We needed to know when to turn them off so the chemicals from the spray didn’t get into our house. This could have been very dangerous if I hadn’t caught that they had already sprayed and charged my card.

Service men were very polite and professional. Excellent job!
