Fast service and amazing customer service. The only reason for 4 stars is because when the service member came to spray they did not knock on our door and there was no conversation between us. Like where they were going to specifically be spraying and when they were going to start. This was specifically important because where they needed to spray was by one of our A/C units. We needed to know when to turn them off so the chemicals from the spray didn’t get into our house. This could have been very dangerous if I hadn’t caught that they had already sprayed and charged my card.

The serviceman answered all my questions patiently and thoroughly. Excellent work!

The neighbors were having an important family function in their backyard when Lookout arrived. He needed to dig holes and would have normally used an electric auger, but he used a manual auger so as not to disturb their celebration. It was a very hot day, but he did a lot of extra manual labor so as not to make too much noise. That’s the kind of customer service you rarely see anymore! I was extremely impressed.

I had some small ants in my kitchen lookout came out and stopped the ants. I really liked their solution to the problem. It didn’t leave powder or spray. This is a great c company. I highly recommend them.

Everything seems to be fine but I felt better when they would treat the inside of the house rather than just around it.

Good communications on arrival time. The tech called upon arriving so that our dog could be secured inside the house. He did an excellent job of treating the outside and looked for areas where insects could enter the house.

First service with Lookout Pest Control and Justin was great. Not only is he friendly and professional but he is a thorough job and I appreciate the post service reports.

After a sudden invasion of ants, Lookout Pest Control returned to our home and promptly took care of the problem. They have never failed to perform exactly as promised in our agreement.
